Upon graduating law school from Loyola University Chicago cum laude, Jessica gained experience in M&A and finance at two large, international law firms before moving in-house to a Fortune 500 company facilitating complex financial transactions and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Jessica's expertise in commercial and business law have given her the ability to advise clients on real estate matters as well as safety and marketing issues.
